Doctor Hasafa is a true GP. She always listens to you and makes useful suggestions. She takes an interest in you as a real person and never dismisses you as just another number. GPs are supposed to be there to care for us and help us and this is indeed how you are treated by Doctor Hasafa as she makes you feel relaxed and comfortable so to discuss your problems. I have been a patient at this practice since the 70's and always had excellent care, Doctor Hasafa is continuing this excellent care and I am very much appreciative of it.

I visited Dr Hasafa today and was really pleased with the outcome of my appointment. Dr Hasafa listened to my concerns, and provided with me a lot of useful information on how to help my condition. She made it very clear that I could follow up with her if there was no improvement after my treatment.

Of course nobody wants to go to the doctors but I have to say the experience is always pleasant with Dr Hasafa, she has a relaxed manner and listens to your health issues in a way that shows she really cares for her patients. At my last visit I actually asked her if she enjoyed her job and the reply came that she absolutely loves it.

Took my mother for prescription review and Dr Hasafa listened to what we had to say, which resulted in two tablets coming off the list. However, she made it quite clear which ones were important to keep and advised us to return in 6 months to see how things were going. A lovely doctor with the right attitude
